Your career

After entry-level employment at a company, you can progress through education or specialize by following your areas of passion. Common industries include fire alarms, control automation, hydro, mining, manufacturing, governments and municipalities, communications and security.

This is not an Apprenticeship Manitoba program. However, you may write an industry exam if your company asks, and there are specialized exams, such as for Certified Fire Alarm Technician. Technology is here to stay, so the possibilities are endless.
