What you’ll learn

You’ll learn the day-to-day tasks and operations of various hospitality industry positions such as hotel front desk, restaurant or bar service, and banquet services. You’ll also learn basic skills in line cooking, reception, and serving food and beverages.

  • Manitoba high school diploma
  • Grade 12 Math (40S)* or equivalent
  • Grade 12 English Language Arts (40S)* or equivalent
