What you’ll learn

You’ll learn all the main welding processes and procedures and the theory behind them, as well as how to operate general fabrication equipment. You will also have the opportunity to earn Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) tickets during the program.

Your career

This program gives you the skills required to begin your first year of apprenticeship (Level 1). Find welding jobs in shop work, on construction sites, or in sectors such as welding robotics, metallurgy, and trade sales.
